Will observe the application of curricula within training classrooms, and provide support and consultation to caseworkers to insure their fidelity to trauma-informed service planning

Job Summary
Job Description

Supports the IS program in matters of Quality Assurance by working with stakeholders to obtain data required for monitoring waiver activities
Authorizes routine personnel matters for supervisees (i.e. time off requests) and conducts employee evaluations for assigned staff
Works with program administration to develop standards for the evaluation of facilitation and training skills of staff and ensures supervisors are able to adequately implement these standards in staff evaluations
Works with program administration in the development and management of program data that will support the programs continuous quality improvement and quality assurance goals
Assists in the development and implementation of all training, consultation and support activities related to the training of the implementation support specialists who will be providing training and support activities to DCFS, POS, and community personnel involved in the provision of child welfare services
Provides live supervision to develop the facilitation and training skills of staff
Provide data that will support the programs continuous quality improvement and quality assurance goals of IS
Will participate in OPD expanded managers meetings
Will provide oversight to Trauma 201 deliveries, scheduling, staffing patterns
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Masters Degree and Clinical Licensure
